What is HBOT?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a medical treatment that increases the body's natural ability to heal.

The process is quite simple:

Step 1: Lay/sit down in the chamber.

It will pressurize to slightly above atmospheric pressure. We go to 1.4 ATA, which is equivalent pressure to being around 15 feet under water.

You may feel slight pressure changes in your ears, similar to coming down in a plane or diving under water. Our chamber operators will guide you on how to equalize the pressure in your ears and stay comfortable.

Once the chamber reaches full pressure, you should feel like normal.

Step 2: Put on the oxygen mask.

You’ll be breathing close to 100% oxygen through the mask.

This, combined with the pressurized environment of the chamber, allows approximately 800% more oxygen to dissolve into your blood.

Step 3: Sit back, relax, and breathe normally.

Now that the session has started, you just sit back/lay down while breathing through the mask until the session is finished. Each treatment session is 90 minutes long.

During the session, you can read a book, use your phone/tablet, or even take a nap! The only restrictions we have is that nothing sharp or flammable can go into the chamber with you.
